Shipping:

For direct orders:

The maximum delivery time is 14 days. The shipping costs are between 9 and 25 Swiss francs, depending on the size of the parcel, and shipping costs for shipments abroad are charged separately. Quilts are only sent by registered mail. For shipments abroad, the shipping price will be recalculated and any customs duties will be paid by the recipient.

Returns:

Goods can only be exchanged with a clear explanation within 10 days of receipt of the product. Returns will only be accepted if unused.

All MaisonLullin products are handmade. Variations and irregularities in color and finish are normal.

Versand

Bei direkter Bestellung gilt: 
Die Lieferfrist beträgt maximal 14 Tage. 
Die Versandkosten liegen je nach Grösse des Pakets zwischen 9 und 25 SchweizerFranken und für Sendungen ins Ausland werde Versandkosten separat berechnet. Quilts werden eingeschrieben verschickt. Bei Sendungen ins Ausland wird der Versandpreis neu berechnet, sowie anfällige Zollkosten werden vom Empfänger bezahlt.

Retouren:

Umtausch der Ware nur mit klarer Begründung innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Erhalt des Produktes. Retouren werden nur ungebraucht akzeptiert.

Alle Produkte von MaisonLullin sind handgefertigt. Abweichungen und Unregelmässigkeiten  in Farbe und Verarbeitungen sind normal.
